10-20 ESE, falling pretty steadily from 20 to 10. 68, very pleasant.

Picked up Dot with Karen at 4:28 (left office a touch after 4:00). Sailed upwind past the new office to Castle Island. Passed Castle Island at 5:30. Decided to go around Spectacle, so we turned South at green daymark "5". Karen took over the helm at this point and steered from GC "9" to RN "8", then toward the Northern tip of Long Island. Once we were far enough out, we turned to point at G "4" then followed the red buoys on President Roads back in. Passed Solings racing near an anchored tanker, then back to a mostly empty mooring field. Checked back in at 7:35, from the dock.
